Who is responsible for your data
Plugins.Dog is published publicly by Luca. Will Newcombe is the legal controller of personal data collected through this website. Questions can be sent to hello@plugins.dog.
What is collected
If you use the contact form, the site collects your name, email address, optional company and website details, enquiry category, message, basic attribution information and the time of submission. A salted hash of your IP address is used for abuse prevention; the raw address is not stored in the enquiry record.
Vercel Analytics may collect privacy-conscious, aggregated usage information such as page views and outbound link interactions. It is used to understand whether the site is working, not to build advertising profiles.
Why it is used
Enquiry data is processed to respond to your message, protect the form from abuse and keep a reliable record if email delivery is delayed. The legal bases are legitimate interests and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Services involved
The website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiry records are stored in Neon Postgres, email is delivered through Resend, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for abuse. These providers process limited data on behalf of Plugins.Dog under their own data-protection terms.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months, unless an ongoing conversation, legal obligation or security need requires a different period. You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or object to how it is used, by emailing hello@plugins.dog.
If you are in the United Kingdom, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
